Masseria Soleti is an authentic large Apulian farmstead.
It used to be the family home of the Soleti family, who used the house as their base for their farmland, most of which was given over to olive groves.

The masseria and most of the grounds lie on top of a series of mysterious caves which used to be used for pressing olives and wine cellars, and which the owners would be pleased to show you.

Masseria Soleti is about two kilometres from the sea, on the olive plain between Fasano and Ostuni. It is also 8 km from Cisternino and around 20 from Alberobello., which are 10 and 12 km away, respectively. The nearby village is called Pozzo Faceto, and the main square with its late Baroque church, reminds the visitor of a white colonial square in Spain or Mexico.

Inside the farmstead, an old house with large rooms and high cross-vaulted ceilings can sleep up to six people.

The house inside Masseria Soleti is, like the rest of the farmstead, built of whitewashed tufa and stone.

There are two main rooms plus utilities on the ground floor and a large bedroom on the first floor, joined by a steep but quaint staircase hewn out of an extremely thick wall.

All of the bedrooms have cross-vaulted ceilings, and it is the architectural charm of this place together with the proximity of the sea and the silence which surrounds it that makes this house so attractive.

As well as the huge open space outside, total privacy is ensured by the terrace which can be accessed from the first-floor bedroom and which has a great view of the sea and the surrounding countryside.

The spacious ground-floor entrance is used as a living room and passageway, as this room leads to all of the others, and contains a table, chairs, bookshelves and comfortable sofa.

We rent always from saturday to saturday, only in low season we can make an exception.
Towels/bedlinen and energy are included.
